Studio Moren is pleased to be working for Gilbert Ash, Marick Management Limited, and Cambridge City Council as owner / funder on the construction of this 229-bed Wilde Aparthotel by Staycity in the centre of historic Cambridge.
The scheme sees the existing post war car park demolished and re-accommodated below ground and will welcome a new Wilde Aparthotel by Staycity above ground.
At the heart of the development is ‘New Jordan Yard’ - a new urban courtyard which reintroduces a historic route through the site, previously lost when the car park was built.
