Studio Moren are working on this proposed refurbishment and extension of 28-32 Pembridge Gardens, London, for continued use as student accommodation.
The site comprises three Grade II listed buildings in the Pembridge Conservation Area.
Originally constructed as detached houses in the 19th century, the properties were interconnected in the 1970s and have had a longstanding use as student accommodation.
The scheme will remodel the bedrooms and communal spaces so that they meet modern student needs and health and safety standards.
