Noss on Dart Destination Spa Hotel
Studio Moren is delivering a 69-key destination spa hotel as part of the wider redevelopment of a former boatyard at Noss on Dart, Kingswear, near Dartmouth - now being transformed into a major new marina destination. Designed to fully capitalise on its waterfront setting, the hotel has been carefully configured to strengthen both guest experience and operational performance.
The arrival sequence and main entrance have been redesigned to create a clearer and more considered sense of arrival, while front-of-house spaces have been enhanced to support a more engaging and fluid guest journey. Back-of-house areas have also been optimised to improve servicing efficiency and day-to-day operations.
The spa forms the heart of the offer, reimagined as a key experiential driver centred around an expansive ‘private’ outdoor terrace bordered by lush planting, creating a strong connection to the landscape and marina beyond. Sustainability measures include a photovoltaic array.
