Mercer Roof Terrace 

The Vintry & Mercer hotel offers three distinct dining destinations. Each has its independent look and feel, while linking back to themes of the hotel. The design for the Mercer Roof Terrace is based on a countryside orangery with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of St. Paul’s Cathedral and the Southbank.

The palette features weathered timbers and muted sage green and grey upholstery. Richness is introduced by the use of brass detailing, with honeycomb-patterned tiles on the walls and Verdi Alpi Marble on the bar. The menu is based on modern British cooking with cocktails made from house-infused spirits displayed in colourful carafes.
