Lincoln Square 

Following Studio Moren's successful involvement in a number of high profile projects where we had been acting as executive architects, we were asked to assist in the construction phase of a high-end housing project in Carey Street in the heart of London's legal district adjacent to Lincoln's Inn.

The project is a newbuild 223 unit development of high quality housing by one of India's premier property developers, LODHA. The scheme had received planning consent and was on site with the design team including PLP, Studio Urquiola, BJB.

Studio Moren were retained client side and were involved initially in completing a design review and in developing the design to a Stage 4/5 standard in preparation for further tendering and construction.

Studio Moren were also involved in ensuring regulatory compliance generally and particularly for meeting Lifetime Homes Standards that were a planning condition.
