Planned over four storeys the hotel has been designed as two buildings linked with a feature glazed bridge along the southern elevation.
The facade is a composition of a brickwork grid with regular, deep-set reveals framing cladding panels and bedroom windows, whose alternating positions create a dynamic within the tactile structure.
The ground floor has been designed to create a lively street scene with reception and lounge facing Dockside Road and the bar and restaurant onto Compressor House Square, both glass facades open allowing activity to spill out onto an alfresco terrace.
