Hotel Villa Pamphili Roma wins at the International Hotel & Property Awards

We are very pleased to announce that the Hotel Villa Pamphili Roma is a winner at the International Hotel & Property Awards, ‘Hotel over 200 rooms in Europe’ category.

The Studio Moren interiors team renovated and redesigned this 235 bed ‘urban villa’ – merging an ‘urban’ city hotel with a ‘villa’ style resort to appeal to business and leisure travellers. Studio Moren’s design for the scheme is inspired by the location and its villas, the local seventies architecture and the legendary Italian designer Gio Ponti.
Studio Moren team members Wan Yau and Steven Farr, and Claudia Caracausi (Asset Manager at Colliers Global Investors Italy, formerly Antirion SGR) attended the glittering awards ceremony at the Grand Hotel Quisisana, Capri on Friday 8th July 2022.

With projects submitted from all over the globe, the night was a mixture of international names in the design community and a brilliant networking event for all involved. The International Hotel & Property Awards are a bit different as not judged by a panel, instead shortlisted entries were presented online, and voting was open to industry professionals as well as design et al readers, clients and customers.

Upcoming award shortlisting’s we are looking forward to hearing about include; Retail and Leisure Architect of the Year in Architect of the Year awards by Building Design, The Westin London City in the AJ Architecture awards, and Hyatt Place London City East in the Built Design Awards.
